These Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C" or "Terms" or "Agreement," along with any other Policy or Statement or Information that may be placed on this website, hereinafter referred to as "Company" or “Website” or “We” or “Us,” as modified or amended from time to time, are a binding contract between the company and you, hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User" or "Your" or "Buyer" or "Customer."
If you visit, use, or shop at the site or any future site operated by us, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, you will be bound by the terms and conditions that apply to any merchant or service you use, whether or not they are listed on the site, as well as any current or future services the company offers, as well as any visits to or purchases made from its affiliated businesses or third-party vendors. These guidelines and conditions take precedence over these conditions in the event that they conflict.
Regardless of how you subscribe to or use our products or services, by using any of them, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms and Conditions. You must not subscribe to or use our services if you do not want to be bound by the terms.
OUR EASY TO USE 30 DAYS CREDIT POLICY
Only purchases of stationery, office supplies, cleaning supplies are eligible for credit terms, subject to the following restrictions
Order Value: To be eligible for credit, the entire order value must not exceed ₹10,000. (If this is your initial order)
Credit Term: Our terms for credit are one month(30 days) starting on the date of the invoice. (A PDC is required as of the invoice date.)
Terms of Payment: Within one month of the invoice date, full payment for the purchase must be made. A 10% monthly late fee will be applied to any late payments.
New credit cannot be obtained until all outstanding debts have been paid.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you decide to return an item, you will be in charge of the shipment, any associated expenses, and any shipping risks.
Items can be returned within seven days of the order being received. Only resalable goods that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached are accepted.
Since personalized items are made to order, once your order has been submitted, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for personalized pieces.
You will as soon as possible receive a new product or refund after we receive and review your return.
ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
Kindly contact us right away if you need to change or cancel your order. We'll try our hardest to implement the modification. You can return your order to us after you've received it if it's too late for our staff to cancel or make changes.
DATA PROTECTION
The security of your personal information is a top priority for the owners and operators of this website. We handle your information in confidence, in compliance with this privacy policy, applicable laws, and data protection guidelines.
